I wish I had more time to showcase Redwood’s generous crime-rate and overall danger- but you’ll have to go with word of mouth here. Redwood houses many people Blueridge has death penalties on, but can’t reach due to diplomatic issues, and about half of those are for good reasons. Unfortunately, the plot of this comic doesn’t deal much with that. Just know that crazy kind people and crazy evil people are all allowed to roam free here.
